01 · PANEL POWER · AVIATION MAINTENANCE SOFTWARE

Held to the standard we sign our names to.

We are working, certified A&P aircraft technicians who build software for the shops we come from. One product, Stratos: Part 145 shop management drawn from seven years on the floor, and built to the standard the work itself demands.

02 · THE FLOOR

Two faults kept repeating on the floor.

Seven years of hands-on Part 145 maintenance, and the same two things kept coming back: avoidable human error, and work that quietly ate far more time than it should — a part left waiting for weeks when it could have been ordered on day one. Too much of the industry runs on software that is already dated. We started AGW Consulting in 2026, in Miami, to close that gap — and Stratos is where that standard goes to work.

03 · THE STANDARD

The trade sets the standard.

The requirements come from doing the work. What we hold to on the floor is what we hold to in the code: procedure, traceability and a refusal to hand-wave. Nothing ships because it demos nicely — it ships because it holds up in use.

Before anything ships

  1. REQUIREMENTSFROM THE WORK

Features solve problems we have hit ourselves: turning spanners, chasing paperwork, waiting on parts.

  2. AUTHORITYA CERTIFIED PERSON

Our software advises, flags and calculates. It never authorises; a certified person owns the call.

  3. RECORDSDEFENSIBLE

A record you cannot defend is worse than no record, so traceability and sign-off are designed in, not bolted on afterwards.

  4. YOUR DATASTAYS IN STRATOS

This site holds no user data. Stratos runs on its own subdomain with its own database and its own sign-in, and your records sit beside no one else’s.

  5. LOAD TIMEHANGAR WI-FI

Static-first, served from Cloudflare’s edge, with server work pushed to workers close to the user.
